Data handling rules

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data VPNOI processes while providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services, why it processes that data, and how users can manage it. Using the service means the user has read this policy. If another page describes data handling differently, this policy and the applicable terms take precedence.

Data Collected and Its Uses

No email address is required to create a VPNOI account; users can set up an account with a username and password. The registration process does not collect an email address. To maintain account access, deliver subscriptions, and calculate traffic allowances, the service processes usernames, encrypted authentication data, subscription status, traffic summaries, and necessary account security events. This information is used to identify account status, handle login requests, show remaining allowances, and investigate account irregularities.

When users purchase a subscription or traffic package, VPNOI stores order items, amounts, creation status, payment status, transaction references, and refund records. When a user submits a ticket, its text, replies, and handling status are also stored with the account so the same issue can continue to be handled. VPNOI also collects site analytics such as visited pages, referring pages, browser category, and error information to check page operation, improve content structure, and identify technical faults.

Anonymous, No-Logs Policy

VPNOI follows an anonymous, no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, store webpage content, search content, communications, or DNS queries, or create browsing records that could reconstruct an individual's activity.

International routes may generate short-term technical events needed to complete connections, calculate traffic, and troubleshoot faults. These events are used only for service operation and security investigation, are not combined with access content, and are not retained long term as user browsing profiles. After the relevant work is complete, temporary technical information is cleared; the account retains subscription status and traffic summaries, not specific destinations. If a user voluntarily submits diagnostic information, it is handled as ticket material, and the user should remove personal information unrelated to the issue before submitting it.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary security markers, and page preferences. This data keeps sessions continuous, avoids repeated setup, and supports access to the account panel. Disabling necessary storage may prevent login status from being retained or make some account features unavailable.

Analytics are used to understand overall site usage and not to build cross-site browsing profiles. Users can clear Cookies and local storage through browser settings; doing so also removes login status and saved interface preferences.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

VPNOI supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service, and information submitted during payment is subject to that provider's own privacy rules. VPNOI receives the payment result, transaction reference, and order status needed to complete an order, but does not store payment credentials managed directly by the payment service.

To complete payments, reconcile accounts, process refunds, handle disputes, or comply with applicable rules, necessary order information may be transferred between VPNOI and the relevant payment service. VPNOI processes this information only for those purposes and does not use order information for purposes unrelated to subscription delivery.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account information is retained while the account remains active. Order records are kept as needed for transaction reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable rules; analytics are retained in aggregated form; and ticket materials are kept until the issue is resolved and no longer needed for follow-up review. Once the processing purpose has been fulfilled, relevant data is deleted, de-identified, or converted into aggregated information that cannot be linked to a specific user.

Users can log in to the user panel and use the ticket portal to request access to or deletion of account data. Before processing a deletion request, VPNOI may ask the user to complete identity confirmation within the logged-in account. After account deletion, subscription access, order lookup, and ticket records can no longer be provided; information that must be retained by law or to resolve an unfinished transaction dispute will be handled after the relevant obligation ends.

This policy may be updated when service features, data handling practices, or applicable rules change. The revised version will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. Important changes to processing purposes or user rights will be explained through the website or user panel. Users are advised to read the latest version before continuing to use the updated service.
