Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by VPNOI. By accessing this site, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the relevant routes, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you must stop using the service. The agreement between you and VPNOI regarding use of the service is governed by these terms, the information shown on the purchase page, and applicable laws and regulations.
Service Scope
VPNOI provides network acceleration across 110+ countries and 240+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is designed to improve connection paths for cross-border access, international websites, AI tools, streaming, and similar use cases. The regions, route types, and client access points available at any given time are those shown in the user dashboard.
Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. You must keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for connections, subscription actions, and orders made through the account. If your credentials are exposed or you cannot log in normally, change your password promptly and manage the issue through the user dashboard.
There is no limit on the number of devices connected to the same account at the same time, but use is limited to the account holder and devices they personally manage. You may not sell, rent out, or transfer a subscription, publicly share account credentials or subscription details, or continuously provide the service to unrelated people through sharing. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, account access, and other losses resulting from voluntarily disclosing credentials.
Acceptable Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where the service is used, and independently confirm that your network activities meet local requirements. You may not use VPNOI for unlawful activities, infringe the legitimate rights of others, disrupt networks, servers, or other users, or attempt unauthorized access to third-party systems, accounts, or data.
You are responsible for content transmitted, accessed, or processed through the service. VPNOI may take appropriate measures to the extent required by law or necessary to comply with valid administrative or judicial procedures. These terms do not grant you any right to copy, resell, or sublicense VPNOI’s brand, website content, client software, or technical materials.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections may be affected by your network, device configuration, route maintenance, third-party platform policies, and changes to external infrastructure. VPNOI will maintain available routes and provide necessary switching options, but does not guarantee consistent connection performance across all regions, network environments, or third-party services.
VPNOI will assist with troubleshooting where feasible when temporary interruptions result from external network failures, third-party service changes, device configuration errors, violations by the user, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. You should choose routes according to your actual needs and confirm the connection status and target service’s usage rules before important operations.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If an account is used for unlawful purposes, subscription resale, public credential sharing, service disruption, or continued violations of these terms, VPNOI may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account. Any action will take into account the nature and impact of the violation as well as applicable legal requirements. Account termination does not release you from responsibilities incurred before termination.
VPNOI may revise these terms based on service changes, operational needs, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest update date. You should review these terms regularly; continued use of the service after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revisions. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the service.
Refund Policy
You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. The request must relate to the order created by that initial payment. Orders outside this scope will be handled according to the plan terms shown on the purchase page, the actual order status, and applicable laws and regulations.
This refund policy does not affect any other rights you may have under applicable law. If you have questions about the order amount, plan details, or refund status, log in to the user dashboard to review the order record and submit a support ticket. VPNOI will process the request based on the order information, these terms, and applicable rules.
